Their staff was friendly, I would chat with them if I saw them out, but I will never go there again with my teeth! Every hygienist I've ever had there has been very sarcastic and condescending. Example from one cleaning appt. with one hygienist: "Really? You FORGET to floss? Tell me more about that, because I don't even KNOW what that would be like to FORGET to floss! What is that even like?" I could go on and on, but I'll spare you. I would only recommend them if you floss every day and have nearly perfect teeth already, and if you like to overpay and wait for the next appt. six months later to get your refund. Refunds will never be mailed to you, even if you request it. But if you owe them anything, they will bill you and call you looking for the money. PS if you miss an appointment or don't give 24 hours notice there is a $100 to $200 fee. You can't cancel appointments on their voicemail. I would never visit them again.
