So far, I have liked working with Richmond Family Dentistry. I am only disappointed that my dental plan is not accepted (except as out of network) but I understand why. Overall, it is more important to me to work with a holistic dentist than to have in network coverage. The only downside, Dr. Billingsley's office is so immensely popular that it can be difficult to get an appointment. As far as I know, she is the only holistic dentist in Richmond. I would have to go as far as VA Beach to find another specialist.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I have been going there for 10 years, driving a 50 mile distance because of great service.
