I wanted to change our dentist to one that was closer to our home, so I tried Dr Schumann's office. I Called several times on 5-21-2013, however no answer, finally left message. No call, so called back around 12 noon 5-22-2013. The receptionist was incredibly rude. Repeatedly told me that she had to have insurance card before appointment so she could check insurance and break down cost. When I said; "I get it, no need to keep repeating yourself", she repeated herself again acting like we might not have had insurance or couldn't pay. My husband is an active duty officer and commander in the Air Force. We obviously have seen many dentist in our numerous moves, however never have I encountered a receptionist so condescending. I now believe the rumors about this office concerning at least the receptionist. Any employer that would let their employee talk down to clients or future clients does not deserve your business. She obviously doesn't need new patients, go elsewhere. Dr Schumann could be an excellent dentist, but your fist impression of her business, is not a good one.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
