WARNING-
I've tried being nice, but no more! If you know someone who goes to a dentist named Dr.Collier in Naples you might share this with them!

I went for minor fillings in two teeth, a few days later I started having pain in one tooth he had filled. I went back and he shaved the filling down after saying nothing was wrong he didn't understand why I thought I was in pain. A week or so later I still had horrible pain that just got worse. This time I looked for a dentist that had great reviews from patients to get a second opinion on my tooth. When I saw the new dentist he informed me I needed a root canal because Dr. Collier had drilled too far, hit my nerve and killed it. This root canal (with insurance covering part) cost me 1500 out of my own pocket.

After talking to Dr.Collier he showed no sympathy or that he had done anything wrong. He refused to give me any information about his insurance which I finally found because one of his assistants helped me. I heave heard from other patients this is not the first time and probably will not be the last. WARN your friends and family. I'm sure he was once a great dentist, but now in his old age I believe he needs to retire and learn how to say sorry and admit when he was wrong!
