My family and I have been going to Dr. Heidi Ritsco for some time. Her offices are impeccable and the decor very soothing. She has always given me enough information to consider my options before paying for services and I've never had a billing issue. The hygenist and staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is that they care about their patients. They remember you by name, they remember your kids' names, they seem genuinely happy to see you and their full attention is always on the patient. I feel like I'm visiting an old friend when I go in for my appointments. I refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

I agree with another review here in saying that the staff is nice, but they are not professional - specifically the receptionist and doctor. They are too familiar and discussed all sorts of personal matters with me that ultimately made me feel uncomfortable. I just wanted professional, courteous service, not information about their love lives or whatever. I also had the experience of calling to discuss billing information at the office, and clearly got the receptionist's personal cell phone. She was not in any position to talk to me when I called (then why did she answer??) and never called me back and the issue has still not been resolved. I'm frustrated because I do not feel they handled the billing of my insurance in a proper way, but now I'll have to wade through a bunch of chatter and mis-information from the receptionist to try to unravel it all. I *will* say that their one hygienist, Fran, is quite wonderful and put me right at ease during my cleaning. She is great with kids, too. I just really wish she worked in a different office.
