It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I was referred to Dr. Long by a co-worker because I was having pain with a front tooth. . Dr. Long and his staff were very detailed in my exam and took the time to explain the treatment that I needed . I needed to have a rootcanal and cap done on my front tooth so cost was a factor for me. Polly was very helpful in assisting me to get financing for my dental treatment (without interest! ). His staff was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable at all times during my dental treatment. My experience with Dr. Long and his staff were leaps and bounds better that the previous dentist office that I went to.
