They provided no insight to my daughters surgery. They doctor became defensive. and aggressive towards my daughter by snatching an item from her hand, when I told him that he had not addressed te reason for the referral. I thought we had advanced from 40 years ago. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome.

I have taken my kids here for the 4 years we have been stationed. My daughter got into an accident and her teeth were damaged. she was only 2. BACH recommended her and we have gone ever since..And they do have a no parent poicy bc they want the kids to trust them and parents tend to freak out. I have been back there because my son has anxiety and hey let me come to calm him. There are no binding or gags or ridiculous practice. they have tv to watch movies on and the staff is super nice. My kids BEG to come back here and hate having to wait 6 months. Some people are just paranoid and its sad bc this is a great place that is geared FOR kids specifically. I have three kids and they all go here and will for as long as we are stationed here.
