They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They also don't verify your benefits prior to appointments. Very unprofessional and unorganized so now I'm stuck with a bill of almost 400 dollars and only a month to pay it off because this dates back to Sept of 2011 and they couldn't figure out why Tricare was denying the claim. I had to call tricare and have them open the claim back up because they couldn/t seem to figure it out. They listed me as having Humana, which didn't take effect until December so that's why Tricare wasn't paying. If you're looking for a dentist, see Dr. Wall.
