Their staff was not friendly at all. I didn't feel welcome there. I called to cancel an appointment for two children because I did not have their insurance cards available. I explained to the staff that new cards need to be issued. She told me that I would have to find another dental clinic, that they will not be able to service me. Very unprofessional, and lack of business on their part. I hope the Dental DMD knows what kind of people he has working for him. I will not be referring anyone I know. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
