I took my child in didnt really have any concerns except that if you are not the patient your not allowed in the exam room, if you have a child they expect you to have childcare services as well. The real big problem I did have though is that I witnessed someone bring their child in to be seen the receptionist was helpful to try to get the child seen but said their insurance didnt cover the child to be seen so they would have to pay for the visit it was only $20 but the woman clearly didnt have the money to do it in fact she said this I don't know if the receptionist heard this though. She handed her paperwork to fill out but the lady just left. It was very disheartening to me to see someone basically turned away over $20 especially a child that said they could'nt eat because of the pain. My other concern after this was that the receptionist was talking on the phone with someone she did have her window closed but I still could hear her, & she didn't mention the persons name she was talking about but I'm pretty sure she was in violation of patient confidentiality with whomever she was talking to on the telephone.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
