My son was a patient here and the wrong insurance was billed as primary, I have spoken with the provider and thought the issue was resolved and I was waiting for a copy of the bill that I had requested on June 10th. It is now August 13th and after many messages left on the dental offices answering machine, I called the primary insurance to see if they were billed and they have no record of this bill! I was told, by this provider that it was being submitted as of June 10th, I have left several messages and so has my son.
