We went to Capitol Dental Care as my wife had been there before, for reconstructive surgery and one of the caps fell out. We made an appoint with them and showed up to find that everyone that had been there had left. My wife went back for her appointment then I was pulled into a business office. They told us that what she needed was going to cost us $568.88 and they needed that money up front before we could schedule any appointments to start the work. I asked them about our insurance and they proceeded to tell me that this cost was above our insurance. I went ahead and charged the amount on a credit card so that they could schedule the appointments. They scheduled 4 appointments. After the first two appointments they called my wife a day before the 3rd and told her that she did not need any more of the service, that they where satisfied with how things where and she did not need to come in for her 3rd or 4th appointment. My wife told me this and I proceeded to call them to find out about a refund for half the service. they said "let us look into it" a week later I called back. I got the same run around. a month later and multiple calls, I had nobody contact me back with a resolution so I called my insurance company to make sure that they did not try and charge the other services to the insurance company. My Insurance company told me that the service that I was charged for was covered in full by the insurance company and we should have never been charged a dime. I called them and informed the receptionist that I had been trying to resolve this and had no response and asked her to pass on the new information from my insurance company. Here I am 4 months later STILL with no response and still getting the run around. This place is a den of thieves. STAY AWAY

Service and quality of dental work has declined since the retirement of former staff. The new staff are rude and they over charge. They are not trustworthy people.
