I saw Dr. Terasavage for a cracked filling. He referred me to Butler Endodontics for a root canal which went wonderfully. I came back to Terasavage for the crown. First visit while drilling the tooth, he LACERATED the underside of my tongue causing severe bleeding. The appt. had to be rescheduled so I could heal. Second visit his "dental assistant" cursed while fitting the temporary crown, saying the F-word four times, S-word more than I can count AND she CUT MY FACE with the polishing bit. The temporary crown fell out a week later. I called the office and the receptionist was rude and refused to let me speak to the dentist. Needless to say I am not going back even though I PREPAID for the work. I'd rather lose $385 then go back.

My Family has gone there for almost 20 years. This used to be a great place to go. Now, I do not know what has changed. When you call in they put you on hold for 20 mins and then give you an attitude while scheduling your appointment. I have seen them as I sit and wait for my appointment, thye will let the phone ring off the hook while finishing a text message. Or they may answer the phone but place a person on hold while they finish up a phone call the their personal cell phones. We will not be going back as it seems they are just much too busy at the front desk to schedule the patients.
