They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.
I actually never got to see the dentist. I booked my appointment a week in advice with the receptionist and when I arrived my appointment wasn't on the schedule, and the receptionist was also late for work.
After she had not arrived for 20 minutes, and being told they couldn't see my anyway because the dentist was even scheduled to be there and I had to reschedule.
Very unorganized and poor service.
