This was the worst visit to a dentist that I ever had. Lady up front was nice enough but you could tell that she needed help. The lady that did the computer picture of my teeth was the only one that I felt was truly caring. The dentist came in looked at the picture picked at my teeth and asked if I had sinus problems. She said that was the problem and was going to walk out the door. I said I disagreed and she tapped on the teeth and said ya that what it was. She acted like I was a bother, that she was superior to me and that I was wasting her time. The assistant that tried to help me because I said I wanted a second dentist to look at it. She wanted to have my come back the next day for a cleaning to have this done for $81.00. That way a second dentist would have a look. She took me then to the check out desk to see if there was anything else that could be done. That lady said she had the sinus problem effect her teeth before. I felt that she was just trying to protect the dentist and not really caring about me. So I said I would just find a different dentist. I can't afford to do this but if I have to come back more than the first time which I gave up a shift to come in this day because it is hurting that bad costing me about $100. between what I paid up front for and didn't get results and the loss of work. This place will cost more in the long run with extra time waste and having to pay for ever trip. NOT HAPPY AT ALL and by the way I took sinus medication for a couple days now and it still hurts bad.

Currently this is the only option in town if you as an adult need dental work done, when using Medicaid to pay for it. My spouse got her dentures September of 2014, and has not been able to wear them. This clinic is very busy, very disorganized, and careless. I myself in June of 2015 had to sit three hours in the waiting room for a 2 minute quick Prior Authorization exam because the receptionist erased my name off the sign-in dry erase board without properly bringing up my records so that I could be seen. Five different stories were given over a period of a year when asked how Spend Downs work.
