The staff were very freindly and pleasent. However my experience was a complete nightmare. Went in for a referel to get wisdom teeth out. Was told I would need to have two fillings while I was there. On two top molars. I figured I should take care of it while I was there. It took hours because the dentist had a hard time reaching the back upper molar . They split my corner of my lip pulling and tugging. Got home novacaine wore off and I was having the most intense pain of my life throbing pain like you couldnt believe. MInd you the only pain I was feeling before this visit was my four impacted wisdom teeth. So I called them they told me to come straight back in. They were very kind and helpful. But it didnt seem much to matter because I was in soo much pain and something was wrong. They Told me that they must have hit a nerve. That the Cavity must have been too deep. So at this point they told me I had two options. They could refer me to have a root canal or they could just pull it today. So seeing how I couldnt even think straight from all of the pain and I didnt want to wait another minute to get rid of the pain. Also i was in the very back upper area . Just told them to pull it. The dentist could not get it out. Tried and Tried pulled and pulled. It was10 at night before I left and I was feeling horrible. Though let me mention despite my hellish ordeal the staff was very nice even the dentist that was ripping my face apart was nice. Kept apologizing and saying It just wont come out. Anyways that was monday it is now Sunday. Almost a week later. Do you know what the week has been like for me. Let me tell you I am still swollen . My whole right side of my face by my jaw area is bruised up I am not kidding .. I wish it wasnt true but it is. Black blue and green and yellow as well as a slight black eye . Not to mention horrible sinus pain only on one side of my face and when I use mouth wash it burns one side of my nose for some reason. Might be a problem with the sinus cavity. Feel extreme pain in pressure on one side of my face. Oh and I keep waiting for my mouth to stop hurting . But the tooth directly beside the tooth they pulled is throbing as well as the other tooth they filled. I thought I would be a little sore that maybe the pain would be lesseing by now but no such luck throbiing radiating pain. Its almost been a week. I am concerned and not sure what the problem is now. I will probably have to go see another dentist to ask them to look at it. I am very disapointed in the way things turned out. I still have my wisdom teeth in and need those pulled but had put it off until this tuesday which not still having issues with my mouth I dont know if I should be getting more work done. Either way wanted to mention I am not sure if any of this could had been prevented if I had seen another dentist. Or if it was just my luck that it was a truley difficult situation. The Staff and dentist were all very pleasent and helpful the whole way through. Just wish that it hadnt been such a painful experience.
