Dr. Carissomo is the best dentist I have been to. I drive from Binghamton to Whitney Point to see her. A few months ago I fell and broke a tooth. I called the office in tears and she saw me on Saturday morning and did a fantastic job fixing my tooth.
A friend of mine recently moved into the area. He needed an emergency dental appointment on Thanksgiving week and I recommended Dr. Carissimo. He was so pleased with the great job she did, that now she is his new dentist.

By far the absolute worst dentist I have ever been to! She messed up a cavity, spilled the filling material all over my tooth and gums to the point that it was cutting my cheek and tounge and used a device that spread the gap between my teeth which now collects any food I eat. When I spoke with the office on the phone they said my insurance covered in full but then they sent me a $300 bill. I told them about the problems I was having and they said to come back in but when I told them I lost my health insurance they said I would have to pay out of pocket to repair the damage that they caused! And then the immediately reported my account to a collection agency. DO NOT GO HERE!!
