WORST service I have ever experienced. The receptionists are very rude and loud, not professional at all. They kept me waiting on the line for over 30 minutes to make a damn appointment and at the end they just hung up. This has happened a few times where I have called to make appointments an instead they just keep me on the line forever!. So unsatisfied. Definitely changing my providers.

They barely gave me any information at all as to why my appointments were never honored. Staff is fair at best but probably because not given any help or support from the Dr's. Making appointments was pointless as they either don't show up all, show up late (everytime) or cancel you the night before. I am now left with two teeth that need fillings as the work was not completed & now have to find another provider. I am very, very, very disappointed and use to refer others but that will NEVER happen again....... horrible customer service.... they have not even reached out to call and apologize or reschedule!!! WOW!!!
