When I heard that they didn't have a TV for me to watch during my dental procedure, I thought I'd be able to read a magazine, but they didn't have those either. They really need to make more of an effort to entertain their patients during those long procedures. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain and My Teeth aren't in bad condition. MY experience could have been avoided if they had been more careful. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly, They even chose to argue with me after i had told them they were being impolite after hurting me!!. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment which i was later charged a hefty fee because i missed it but had i been reminded it wouldn't of happened
