If I could give negatives I would. Absolute worst place I have been. I should have listened to reviews. I supposedly needed 5 root canals. Blindly went through 4 of them. All of them are a disaster, 3 of the crowns have chipped off and now are just metal. One keeps falling off and I have to put it back on with dental putty from the store. One has always hung off to the side and rubs against my tongue. When I told Nancy about these problems she said it was fine. Uhm no, I am now in the process of having a dentist fix the disaster. I have always had good teeth and questioned whether or not I needed these root canals. The waiting room is disgusting. On my last visit a patient came out crying. She had said she told the doctor that the Novocain was not working but they went through the procedure any way. The same thing had happened to me. Maybe they were short on Novocain that day. I wish I never walked through the doors.
