Pros: They never push you to do extra work such as replacing old fillings, etc. They're always pleasant and professional.

Cons: On the pricey side, the office staff is rather pushy about confirming appointments (I received reminders at my home phone number, my office, and twice by text message), and getting a lesson on how to correctly brush my teeth at three appointments in a row was a little annoying.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
