Our office is conveniently located at 103 Superior Drive, Spring Lake, NC. We are just minutes away from Fort Bragg and Pope Army Air Field and are participating providers for United Concordia (used by active duty military families), Metlife, Delta Dental, United Heathcare and Cigna. Medicaid providers are available for patients 0-18 years of age.
