Dr. Monson and his dental staff did an excellent job conducting the services I had done. I would recommend them based on those services. I would not recommend them based on the interactions I have had with the front desk staff. From my experience I highly recommend dealing with any insurance claims independently. A claim that should have been handled without issues took over 6 months and 6 submittals to conclude due to staff mistakes that they were continually unable to resolve, and in an unprofessional manner. I then took matters into my own hands, and the issue was resolved IMMEDIATELY. It will not make up for the unprofessional and self-righteous demeanor of the front desk staff and their inability to admit to their mistakes. Instead they tried to push-off the error onto the insurance company- which had no part in the mistake. The insurance company handled the situation objectively, and were able to tell me mistakes the front desk continued to make. Thus, resulting in an over-due finalization of my claim. All in all, the dental work is great, but don't rely on the front desk staff for efficiency or honesty. Just plan on doing it yourself.

Always friendly, informative, and professional. Excellent dentist. Administrative staff helpful with insurance filing.
