Before my initial evaluation appointment I was concerned that they (or any dentist) would recommend procedures I really didn't need or try to up-sell to more expensive procedures. I'm very pleased to say they did none of the above. In fact after the x-rays were completed Dr. Heaphy sat down and fully explained everything he found. There was a lot that needed to be done but none of it was a surprise to me.
I told him that I don't currently have dental insurance but expect to in the near future so I wanted to take care of the worst problems first and save the rest for later. He was very accommodating and understood my situation. We worked out a plan that satisfied my concerns...and budget.
My first procedural visit was to repair the broken tooth and fill in a monster cavity. The procedure went incredibly smooth and quick. He took care to make sure I was comfortable and even commented that I didn't flinch on the initial injection of anesthetic. That's because it didn't hurt! He's that good!
I can't end this review without mentioning the staff. They are a group of fantastic ladies! They're very friendly and even greeted me by my first name as soon as I walked through the door...and that's only after one visit.
Between the incredible staff and Dr. Heaphy's exemplary chairside manner I'm actually looking forward to my future visits. How many people can say that about their dentist?

They're quick to get you in for x-rays and an exam, but then can't seem to schedule you in for follow-up treatment.
