Dr. Ellingson and staff made sure every single question I had was answered. I have been able to reach them by phone and get a quick response to my questions as well. Things were described to my young child in a way that he could understand. I really appreciated their ability to be flexible in their explanations to adresss all different levels of understanding; which made whole experience that much better. I feel a lot more confident in how to address symptoms at home between visits and hopeful about the future. .

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
