I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, In April when I was at the office the lady at the front desk was load. She talked load on the phone, She might need a hearing aid, My wife said the same thing last week
