It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

They were qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job for quite a while. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's impossible to reach him unless you're in the hospital. Even then, he seems put out. Very arrogant.
