Had a root canal done in June. I had difficulties from the start. Two weeks later I returned to the office to have it rechecked. It turns out that the dentist who had did the job had retired since I was last there. However, the other dentist on the staff would redo the work but I had to repay the full amount again for a root canal. I refused. Eventually, I went to another endodontist who redid the job. His findings for the original root canal showed it was botched. He found cotton residue and a broken drill bit in the tooth.
