I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. In addition, I've found that they make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. Dr. Ford and his staff always remember me and make me feel very important. The office is friendly and inviting.
