First, I waited an hour and a half for an appointment I booked about a month before. Then they took x-rays for about 45 minutes. They used this device to focus in on the x-rays but one part of the device kept stabbing me at various part of my mouth. Even after saying it was painful, they just kept going. Now they have used up all my x-rays on my insurance and no other dentist can even read them. During the cleaning and when I had a cavity filled, the dentist stretched the corner of my mouth too much and I had discomfort and a hard time talking and smiling for a week. They did do a job cleaning but I was not happy with the discomfort I had afterwards. The dentist and dental hygienist also talked to each other the entire time in their own language and it made me feel like they were talking about me. I don't know if this was just a one time occurrence with me or if it happens more than once. I wouldn't bother with this place if I was you though. I hope they can fix up some things and be more gentle, but I would never go back.

I have just recently found this office and am having Invisalign braces done here. Dr. Ardelean is very professional and thorough. I am almost done with Invisalign and I love the results. I get the attention that I need form the doctors, and they have always answered all my questions. I recommend it without a doubt.
