They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
