Dr. Smith, was great and so was most of the staff. The women who are in charge of prescriptions however, are the worst and do not represent him well.

I needed blood pressure medication and they failed to make the necessary arrangements. When I approached them they were rude and told me it could be up to a month or two before I could get my prescription by then I could have had a stroke. They refused to let me see Dr. Smith. They said it was impossible for me to see him and told me how over worked they were as well as underpaid. which is none of my concern. I just wanted my medication. After two hours of arguing with them I assured them I would not leave and would wait for him until he went to his car. Finally they gave in and I got my prescription. No person should have to put up with such rude,uncaring,inefficient behavior. I have never in my life encountered such obtuse behavior from medical staff. The rest of the ladies were always wonderful.

Dr. Smith is a sweetheart and I am sorry I had to change doctors because of those two self-absorbed, lazy, inefficient women.

I have been seening Dr. Smith when he 1st started practicing and he is great but his staff is less than to be desired for. I can rarely get an appointment when I am sick, have even been told to go to the ER since they could not fit me in when I call at 8:00am for a sick appointment.

My percriptions always get messed up and I end up waiting extra time. Currently going on 3 weeks between the company who filled my 90 day mail order and the office staff. The company called to renew my perceiption and were told by Dr. Smith office no and I needed to follow up with the Doctor. When I called Dr. Smith office to find out why I was rudely told it was called in 2 days ago. It has been over a week since then. I called my 90 day mail order company this morning to find out what was going on to find out they received the percription on Friday to fill. I am completely out of medicine. So I called Dr. Smith office again to get an emergewncy local fill and the person who filled the percriptions is having family issued and might be in later today, no one else is able to help me now to get it straighten out.
This is not the first time me or my family has had issued with his staff and if it doesn't get straighten out he is going to be losing patients because all of my family goes to him.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
