They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
