I've never seen a provider so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their patient. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it I could barely walk to the examination room they did not offer a wheelchair or any assistance . Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.

What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
