Office worker, Rose was unprofessional as I was waiting to see Dr. P. I have MA Health and she stated out loud that she did not want to be bothered with processing paperwork.
There was a problem with my prescription that required a pre-authorization. Rose said "she does not want to get involved in paperwork; she'll get you a different prescription." There was no follow-up.
I placed a different call to the office and asked that the dr. call me back, not Rose. I never got a return call.
