Friendly, thorough, careful. For me, painless, YMMV. I know the cost before the procedure. Dr. Fitchett is a fine dentist. I am 78 and I have seen a lot of dentists.

Horrible!!! This place is absolutely useless!!! I went last spring with my son who had 4 retained baby teeth. Dr Fitchett saw him and said he could not remove the baby teeth and we would need to consult an orthodontist. We then went to a pediatric dentist in Alexandria, who removed the baby teeth the same day as the consult with no issues. I went in for a cleaning and exam with Dr Fitchett who spent NO time looking at my teeth, so they just got polished. Against my better judgement (due to the difficulty of switching dentists with our DMO) I went back for one last appointment today. My teeth were polished, not scraped or cleaned thoroughly or even examined. But I also brought my children back. My daughter (who is 6) had a filling which has been replaced THREE times in 6 months by this office, again has fallen out. It happened yesterday and with our appointments today I assumed they could quickly fix it while we were in there. Dr Fitchett said she is not his patient so he could not do any thing?!? Why was he even seeing her then if he couldn't do anything?!? He is the MOST USELESS dentist around. Run, far away!!!
