A nightmare! This practice knows nothing about patient care and they do not honor their word.
Twice now I made an appointment for a cleaning with a specific Hygienist and for the second time, I show up and someone is doing the service. I requested that I be notified in advance if there will be a change and although I spoke to the office 3 times this week, including the office Manager Ilene, I was not informed of the change.
They were also insisting I see the Dentist, which was not what I made the appointment for as a saw a Dentist there in October, which was a horrible experience. The office manager agreed to honoring the cleaning appointment w/o the need for x-rays and seeing the dentist on this visit which I didn't need, yet upon arriving the new hygienist was insisting I see the DR. are they crazy? They also insisted it was the law that I would need to see one of their ill equipped Dentist's, seriously folks... Lying never works. I left and will not return. This office just is interested in padding the bill. Stay away!

The dentist didn't introduce himself to me, so I didn't know his name. (But he was Asian, and somewhat hard to understand.) I was pretty shocked at how little the dentist cared that I was in excruciating pain as he banged over and over again on my damaged tooth with the back of a metal pick, asking if it hurt. (Why yes, it does hurt, that is why I am here after all, and it hurt worse all day and night after you did that, so thanks.) He was impatient and somewhat rude to the assistant who seemed new. After he verified that I had a cavity/broken tooth and needed an extraction- (which is why I made the appointment) I was scheduled to come back in 6 WEEKS!!! Thanks Hillcrest Dental. I'm so glad I handed you my paycheck today so the dentist could put me in more pain, and prolong my pain for another month and a half!
