They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and easy to relax in while I waited for my appointment.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I have been trying to reach this office for an appt but the phone # has been disconnected.....How do I reach you?
