This practice has some very good Doctors. I have had my kids here since they were born ( over 18 yrs) and they never cease to amaze me with their knowledge and skills in diagnosing. The wait is never long, you can always get an appt when you need it and they have good bedside manners and work well with children and their parents. I am highly satisified and consider myself picky. I would recommend Dr. Kenia and her practice.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
