The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer my questions. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They have never mention anything about promotions. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.
My 3 children and myself all see Dr. Abell. Everyone who works there has always been nice. I have always been allowed to accompany my children back to the exam room, although I am asked to wait outside the room during any procedure. My children, as well as myself, feel comfortable with this request.
The entire procedure is explained to my child and myself prior to having it done and I am always informed how it went afterward.
My children have been to other dentists in the past , but now insist on only going to Dr. Abell.

Here's the problem with the Abell densitry office. They don't allow parents to accompany the child AT ALL.

Dentist appoints are scary. It is hard for me to send my child back there and not know what is going on or happening with my child.

The parent NEVER sees the dentist. I don't like this either. There is never an opportunity to ask questions or even find out about their child's dental healthy. I find this unnerving.

In addition, in the day of age of sexual abuse at every turn. Sending my child into a room with someone I don't know - especially in an environment in which nerve gas can be administered without the child being congnicent of what is going on - I just find this unacceptable.
