I get the feeling that I should take care of the problem myself until this Dental Care provider can get me in at their convenience. I do not understand why they would not see me ?? was trying to get appointment because I was hurting and they have been my dentist since I moved here 3 years ago . It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! They did tell me about my treatment's risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I hope my provider will consult with other professionals if it would help get my problems resolved. I just don't know if they would. I was surprised when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was hurt that after all the money I spent , I could not even get an appointment when my tooth was hurting ?? I do not understand . oh well , guess I learned the hard way , thought we were friends some what ? I did like every one that worked there , even the doctor, but when my problems started getting worse, it was like they were trying to get rid of me ??

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
