They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
