One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. Ive known Julie for years and I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than she does. Rhonda always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. Julie has never left me waiting. Terri and Julie explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Julie is by far one of the best dentists in this area and I would recommend her for the entire family.
