For me, going into having full mouth tooth extractions and replacement (hybrid implants), feeling comfortable with the staff and the dentist was right at the top of my list of needs. From my first visit here, the dentist and his staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. S. spent a long time with me that initial visit. He explained all of the options available to me without ever trying to up-sell me on something out of my price range. He was very excited for me and for the end result, his staff was knowledgeable and polite, and I knew that this would be the best place for me to have the operation. I visited another practice though, just so I would have a better idea of what else is out there, and I didn't feel anywhere near as comfortable during that visit. My procedure was complex, but they did a great job of making sure that I was comfortable throughout the operation. Really comfortable. The Dr. is a rockstar! Over 2 hours of extractions and implants and only took a break when I asked for one to use the restroom. Post-procedure, the staff has been great as well, offering a lot of good advice and always making time to talk, if I have questions about anything. I can't say enough good about this practice. I'm really happy that I went to that initial visit. Thanks Dr. S!

i went in for 1 extraction and came out with 8 missing teeth. the assistant was yelling pull all them f****** teeth she wont take care of them.talk about the horror dentist of france we have one right here in rockford the doctor did not speak good english.
