They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Repeated calls to the office went unanswered. After two weeks i was finally able to reach someone by calling into the Lab and speaking to a lab technician who finally put me in touch with a nurse. I have been waiting two weeks for a referral to a specialist and the nurse told me that they were behind and had not made my appointment yet. meanwhile the discomfort i felt when i first visited has turned into full blown pain. Hopefully i'll get a call back today with my referral appointment. I am not holding my breath.
