Until my wife and I had recently moved away, Dr. Kilgallin had been my Family Doctor for several years. I have NO complaints. Having him as my Primary healthcare provider is one of the very few things I miss about Russell county KY. He not only knows his medicine but he is just a good guy to talk with.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office?
Not at all; cheap and plastic
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
