I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. He can seem a man of few words, but he really cares. Good doc.
