One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works - selling me a costly water pick from their stock - pure promotion and not a solution to my gums receding. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They did take the time to make sure they are thorough - the dental asst did it all ... with a quick visit from the dentist herself who realy barely looked at my teeth at all. Of course I received compliments on my teeth to make me feel good - yes, they are good but I do have the ablity to understand when tooo much complimentary info is being given. Why doesn't the asst just set up her own practice then? . After my appointment, I was given a few things to take home - I didn't ask for anyting but theirs seemed like a less than the usual complimentary bag of (both low-grade) floss and toothbrush.
