Had long wait and staff was extremely unprofessional(Ghetto). I had an issue and needed meds called in and the staff never returned my phone call. I loved the dentist she was very professional and thorough.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough,but very ghetto, they were talking about one staff member should have worn thongs, my mouth was not numb and they still attempted topull mu teeth, i advised them my mouth was not numb and i could feel everything they were doing, they advised me it was all in my mind. When I left I could not drive, i sat in my car shaking and crying I was in excrusiating pain and agony. I had to go the the ER in which that created me another bill and my mouth has never been the same again.They gave me no follow up instructions and no gauze for my mouth. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had to wait at least two hours to be seen. I think they are just trying to make all the money and missing the customer service aspect of it. On top of that my husband went to get a teeth cleaning appt was for 2:30 when we talked at 4 he was still sitting in the waiting room. Itold him to leave it is evident they are over booking. I try to support my ppl but this is ridiculous
