One dentist there NOT to see is Dr. Sosa. She is the worst and does not spend any time with you but will definitely bill for the time. I had a 2 pm appointment with her, and coincidentally, I rode up on the elevator with her at 1:55 pm. It was evident she had just picked up her lunch. In order to feed her face (even though I had a scheduled appointment), I had to wait until 3 pm for her to rush by and do absolutely nothing. In addition, her assistant CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH! What a waste of time! At the end, I went by the examining room where Sosa was and asked for pain killers. She told me "to just deal with it." DO NOT GO TO SOSA!

I would not recommend seeing any of the dentists that hop around from office to office in the many Towncare Dental locations. Had bad experiences with them with regards to my children. The ones that actually have this as their main location are good. The best experience I had at the Dental Center at Baptist was with Dr. John Anguita and highly recommend him for any root canal treatments. I would not visit any other Towncare Dental locations, nor would I recommend Towncare Dental to anyone. They do not have good organization nor good personal attention, except for the above mentioned.
